Baked Chicken

Makes 4 servings


1 pkg. HealthWise Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Packets HealthWise Italian Dressing

4, 4-oz chicken breast halves

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

2 cups water chestnuts, sliced

1 cup water

1 tsp. dried rosemary

1/2 tsp. thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Arrange chicken, mushrooms, and water chestnuts in a baking dish
  3. Mix soup with water.
  4. Add rosemary, thyme, and salad dressing.
  5. Pour over chicken
  6. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through.
