Healthy Fried Chicken

Makes 2 Servings


1 pkg. HealthWise Chicken Bouillon Soup

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. ground white pepper

8 oz. boneless skin-less chicken breast

1 tsp. light olive oil


  1. Combine soup mix, garlic powder, and white pepper in a bag
  2. Shake chicken in the bag until coated
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet
  4. Add chicken, and cook until done
