Lemon Chicken


1 pkg HW Chicken Bouillon Soup

1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup water

4 oz. thin cut boneless skinless chicken breast

1/2 cup mushrooms

Garlic powder to taste


  1. Mix together soup mix and water until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into a frying pan and add lemon juice and garlic powder
  3. Cook chicken in pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes each side
  4. Remove chicken and cover
  5. Add mushrooms to pan and sauté for 4 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  6. Top chicken with mushrooms and enjoy!
